The Philadelphia Grotto is a caving club that was chartered in 1947 as a chapter of the National Speleological Society. We are dedicated to cave conservation, exploration, education, and research.

WNS Update January 8, 2010
WNS is still a major concern for cavers in the Mid Atlantic Region. The Philadelphia Grotto has adopted the NSS White Nose Syndrome Policy Statement. Below is a link to the pdf of the statement.
